BACKGROUND INFORMATION: A shirtsleeve session with the City Council is tentatively scheduled for May 1, 2001. Given that, staff is suggesting that this public hearing be rescheduled for a later date in order to finalize recommendations based on comments made by developers and other interested parties from the informational meeting of March 15 and potentially from the shirtsleeve session.
