AGENDA TITLE: Set Public Hearing for May 2, 2001 to consider the Planning Commission's
recommendation of approval to the City Council for a General Plan Amendment
and Prezoning for 1041 & 1171 East Harney Lane; the General Plan Amendment
is from PR, Planned Residential to LDR, Low Density Residential and PQP,
Public Quasi/Public, and the Prezoning from San Joaquin County AU -20 to R-2,
Single Family Residential and PUB, Public; the request also includes a
recommendation that the City Council certify Negative Declaration ND -00-12 as
adequate environmental documentation for the project and to initiate annexation
of the properties into the City of Lodi.
