Bestolarideses San .Joaquin County Recorders Paid By: SHOWN ON DOCUMENT 1111�`�1 'fr��11�f� 1 `Y4"'I�1111 RESOLUTION NO. 2023-136 l F A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING ROSE GATE II SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, TRACT NO. 4054, PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR ROSE GATE II NEIGHBORHOOD PARK; AND FURTHER AMENDING TRAFFIC RESOLUTION NO. 97-148 BY APPROVING ONE-WAY STOP CONTROLS ON CAMROSE STREET AT CHARLOTTE STREET, TOKAY STREET AT ELINA STREET, AND PEGASUS DRIVE AT ELEGANCE STREET; TWO-WAY STOP CONTROLS ON CAMROSE STREET AT ALEXANDRA STREET, CHELSEA STREET AT TOKAY STREET, AND PEGASUS DRIVE AT CARROUSEL STREET; AND MULTI -WAY STOP CONTROLS AT WESTGATE DRIVE AND TOKAY STREET AND VINE STREET AND WESTGATE DRIVE WHEREAS, Rose Gate II, Unit No. 2, is located west of Lower Sacramento Road and south of Lodi Avenue; and WHEREAS, Unit No. 2 consists of 107 single-family residential lots, and the project includes the installation of a portion of Westgate Drive (from the northern boundary of the single-family home development to Vine Street), all interior subdivision public improvements, and a 3.44 -acre neighborhood park; and WHEREAS, the Developer, Rose Gate 2 - Lodi, LLC, has completed, under the terms of an improvement agreement, all public improvement and provided a two-year warranty bond to secure costs associated with any required public imptovement warranty work; and WHEREAS, the Developer is required to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement to maintain the Rose Gate II neighborhood park for two years and provided a separate two-year maintenance bond to secure costs associated with any required park system maintenance work; and WHEREAS, staff recommends accepting Rose Gate II Subdivision, Unit No. 2, Tract No. 4054, public improvements; and WHEREAS, staff further recommends authorizing the City Manager to execute the Landscape Maintenance Agreement for Rose Gate II Neighborhood Park; and WHEREAS, staff further recommends amending Traffic Resolution No. 97-148 by approving one-way stop controls on Camrose Street at Charlotte Street, Tokay Street at Elina Street, and Pegasus Drive at Elegance Street; two-way stop controls on Camrose Street at Alexandra Street, Chelsea Street at Tokay Street, and Pegasus Drive at Carrousel Street; and multi -way stop controls at Westgate Drive and Tokay Street and Vine Street and Westgate Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby accept Rose Gate II Subdivision, Unit No. 2, Tract No. 4054, public improvements; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby authorize the City Manager to execute the Landscape Maintenance Agreement for Rose Gate II Neighborhood Park; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby amend Traffic Resolution No. 97-148 by approving one-way stop controls on Camrose Street at Charlotte Street, Tokay Street at Elina Street, and Pegasus Drive at Elegance Street; two-way stop controls on Camrose Street at Alexandra Street, Chelsea Street at Tokay Street, and Pegasus Drive at Carrousel Street; and multi -way stop controls at Westgate Drive and Tokay Street and Vine Street and Westgate Drive; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 6.3q of the City Council Protocol Manual (Res. No. 2019-223), the City Attorney is hereby authorized to make minor revisions to the above -referenced document(s) that do not alter the compensation or term, and to make clerical corrections as necessary.
