BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The attached list sets forth the service of City Council Members on various County and regional boards, committees, and commissions. The list is confirmed annually after the reorganization of the City Council for accuracy. The changes made thus far are summarized below and highlighted on the attached list: • Following past practice, the representatives on the San Joaquin Valley Special City Selection Committee have been updated to reflect the reorganization, Mayor Hothi is listed as the Delegate and Mayor Pro Tempore Craig as the Alternate. • Pursuant to the City Council Protocol Manual Section 4.2b, the Mayor is the City's representative on the League of California Cities Central Valley Division Executive Committee, however in previous years Council Members other that the Mayor have served as representative. In 2021, Mayor Pro Tempore Hothi was assigned to the position. The Council may decide to retain Mayor Hothi as the City's representative or appoint another member of the Council.
