BACKGROUND INFORMATION: There is one expiring term on the Lodi Improvement Committee and one vacancy on the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee. It is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for this vacancy for a period of 30 days. There is one vacancy on the San Joaquin Council of Governments Citizens' Advisory Committee. On October 19, 2022, Council directed the City Clerk to post for the vacancy for a period of 30 days. Only one application was received. It is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to re - post for this vacancy until filled in order to allow the opportunity for more citizens to apply. Government Code Section 54970 et seg, requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application.
