RECOMMENDED ACTION Mayor Chandler will present a proclamation for Conchas with the Cops
event.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The local small business, Super Torta Chilangas, and surrounding Latino
businesses saw an opportunity to team up with the Lodi Improvement
Committee and local law enforcement to host the first of a series of
events called, "Conchas with the Cops," on August 11, 2021. The City of Lodi recognizes Super Torta
Chilangas and the Conchas with Cops event for their positive impact on the Lodi community.
