A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH COMPLETE PAPERLESS SOLUTIONS, OF
ANAHEIM, FOR SOFTWARE SUPPORT OF ELECTRONIC CONTENT
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
WHEREAS, in 2016, Council awarded a Professional Services Agreement to Complete
Paperless Solutions, of Anaheim, for software support of the City's electronic content
management system; and
WHEREAS, the original agreement and extensions have now expired; and
WHEREAS, due to Complete Paperless Solutions' excellent service, staff recommends
executing an amendment to extend the term for an additional five years; and
WHEREAS, Complete Paperless Solutions has maintained the same price per unit since
the original Professional Services Agreement in 2016. Electric Utility Department has added
two named users to the original contract, for an additional $240 per year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby
authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement
with Complete Paperless Solutions, of Anaheim, California, for software support of the City's
electronic management system, thereby extending the term by five years, in the amount of
$23,600; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 6.3q of the City Council Protocol
Manual (adopted 11/6/19, Resolution No. 2019-223), the City Attorney is hereby authorized to
make minor revisions to the above -referenced document(s) that do not alter the compensation
or term, and to make clerical corrections as necessary.
