BACKGROUND INFORMATION: There are three expiring terms on the Lodi Improvement Committee. It is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for these vacancies for a period of 30 days. Due to a recent resignation, there is another vacancy for one Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission Adult Advisor. It is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for this vacancy until filled. Government Code Section 54970 et seg. requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application.
