Post for vacancy on the Library Board of Trustees. BACKGROUND INFORMATION. Due to the recent resignation of a Trustee, there is one vacancy on the Library Board of Trustees. It is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for this vacancy for a period of 30 days. Government Code Section 54970 et sec.. requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application. The Library Board of Trustees meets at 5:30 p.m. on the 2nd Monday of each month at the Lodi Public Library, and consists of 5 members.
