HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2021-299RESOLUTION NO. 2021-299 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION FOR 2021 GROWTH MANAGEMENT ALLOCATIONS FOR A NEW APARTMENT BUILDING AT 620 SOUTH CENTRAL AVENUE WHEREAS, the Lodi Planning Commission has heretofore held a duly -noticed public hearing, as required by law, in accordance with the Lodi Municipal Code, Section 17.74; and WHEREAS, the project proponent is C Note L.P., P.O. Box 1597, Lodi, CA, 95241; and WHEREAS, the project parcel is owned by: John F. Kautz, 5252 Bear Creek Road, Lodi, CA, 95240; and WHEREAS, the project is located at 620 South Central Avenue (APN 047-330-48); and WHEREAS, the property has a General Plan designation of Mixed Use Corridor (MU) and is zoned Mixed Use Corridor (MCO), which designates the site for high-density residential development; and WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby approve the 2021 Growth Management Allocation as recommended by the Lodi Planning Commission, authorizing 12 High -Density Residential Growth Management Allocations to Mr. John Kautz for his development of an apartment building located at 620 South Central Avenue: 620 South Central Apartments Dated: November 3, 2021 Recommended 2021 Allocations 12 High -Density ------------------------ I hereby certify that Resolution No. 2021-299 was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held November 3, 2021, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS — Chandler, Hothi, Khan, Kuehne, and Mayor Nakanishi NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS — None JE NIFER;CUSMIR City Clerk 2021-299
