BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City Council directed the City Clerk to post for two expiring terms on the Planning Commission on March 17, 2021. City Council also directed the City Clerk to post for two expiring terms on the Library Board of Trustees on March 17, 2021 and May 19, 2021. The Mayor reviewed the applications, conducted interviews, and recommends that the City Council concur with the appointment as detailed below. APPOINTMENTS: Planning Commission Mitchell Slater Term to expire June 30, 2025 Steven Hennecke Term to expire June 30, 2025 NOTE: 3 applicants (1 'applicant seeking reappointment; 1 new application; 1 application on file); posting ordered 3/17/21; application deadline - 4/19/21.
