HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2021-162RESOLUTION NO. 2021-162 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL VACATING EXISTING 16.5 -FOOT PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT 2500, 2505, AND 2506 MAYFAIR COURT AND LOT A, GATEWAY NORTH UNIT NO. 1, TRACT 3940 WHEREAS, the proposed easement vacation is requested by Tom Schulz, on behalf of FCB Homes, owner/developer of the above-mentioned parcels; and WHEREAS, as part of the public improvements of the Gateway North Unit No. 1 project, the existing overhead utilities were either removed or moved and undergrounded to the public right-of-way; and WHEREAS, staff recommends vacating existing 16.5 -foot public utility easement located at 2500, 2505, and 2506 Mayfair Court and Lot A, Gateway North Unit 1, Tract 3940. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby vacate existing 16.5 -foot public utility easement located at 2500, 2505, and 2506 Mayfair Court and Lot A, Gateway North Unit 1, Tract 3940; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 6.3q of the City Council Protocol Manual (Res. No. 2019-223), the City Attorney is hereby authorized to make minor revisions to the above -referenced document(s) that do not alter the compensation or term, and to make clerical corrections as necessary.
