RESOLUTION NO. 2021-84
A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING
ROSE GATE II SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, TRACT NO. 3896,
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, AND AMENDING TRAFFIC
RESOLUTION NO. 97-148 BY APPROVING A THROUGH
STREET ON WESTGATE DRIVE FROM LODI AVENUE TO
VINE STREET
WHEREAS, Rose Gate II, Unit No. 1, is located west of Lower Sacramento Road and
south of Lodi Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision consists of 99 single-family residential lots; and
WHEREAS, the project included the installation of all interior subdivision public
improvements and street improvements on Westgate Drive, from Lodi Avenue to its southerly
boundary of the single-family home development and also included offsite storm drain and
wastewater pipelines outside the project boundary to Taylor Road; and
WHEREAS, the streets to be accepted are as follows:

Total New Miles of City Streets 0.78
WHEREAS, the developer, Rose Gate 2 - Lodi, LLC, has provided a two-year warranty
bond to secure costs associated with any required public improvements warranty work; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends accepting Rose Gate II Subdivision, Unit No. 1, Tract
No. 3896, public improvements and amending Traffic Resolution No. 97-148 by approving a
through street on Westgate Drive from Lodi Avenue to Vine Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby accept
Rose Gate II Subdivision, Unit No. 1, Tract No. 3896, public improvements; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby amend Traffic
Resolution No. 97-148 by approving a through street on Westgate Drive from Lodi Avenue to
Vine Street; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 6.3q of the City Council Protocol
Manual (Res. No. 2019-223), the City Attorney is hereby authorized to make minor revisions to
the above -referenced document(s) that do not alter the compensation or term, and to make
clerical corrections as necessary.
