HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - No. 2020-152RESOLUTION NO. 2020-152 A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL APPROVING VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS FEES WHEREAS, in the past five years, the State of California has implemented various legislation and Senate Bills for storm water quality control and water conservation efforts, including Post Construction Storm Water Standards (PCSWS) and Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (MWELO); and WHEREAS, these new requirements have tremendously increased the amount of staff time in the project review and approval process; and WHEREAS, the new fees are shown on Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, all the new fees listed in the Public Works Fee Schedule will be increased every July 1 by the amount of the 12 -month change in the Consumer Price Index, Western Urban unadjusted; and WHEREAS, staff recommends approving various Public Works fees. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby approve various Public Works fees on shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution.
