On Thursday, September 17, 2020, in the City of Lodi, San Joaquin County, California,
a Notice of Public Hearing to consider introduction of an ordinance approving the
Planning Commission's recommendation to amend Lodi Municipal Code Title 15 -Buildings and Construction - by repeaing and reenacting Chapter 15.60 - Flood
Damage Prevention in its entirety; amending LMC Title 17 - Development Code - by
repealing and reenacting Section 17.14.040, General Performance Standards, in its
entirety; and amending LMC Chapter 17.28 - Overlay Zoning Districts - by repealing
and reenacting Section 17.28.030, Flood Hazard (-F) Overlay Zoning Districts, in its
entirety; and amending the Lodi Zoning Map to establish Flood Hazard (-F) 200 Overlay
District to implement the provisions of Senate Bill (SB) 5 and SB 1278 related to 200-
year flood protection (attached and marked as Exhibit A) was posted at the following
locations:

NorfcE ls HEREBY GIVEN that on wednesday, october T, 2020, at the hour of
7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the City Council will
conduct a public hearing at the Carnegie Forum, 305 West Pine Street, Lodi, to consider
the following item:
a) lntroduction of an ordinance approving the Planning Commission's
recommendation to amend Lodi Municipal Code Title l5 - Buildings and
Construction - by repeaing and reenacting Chapter 15.60 - Flood Dãmage
Prevention in its entirety; amending LMC Title l7 - Development Code - byrepealing and reenacting Section 17.14.040, General performance
standards, in its entirety; and amending LMC chapter 17.29 - overlay
Zoning Districts - by repealing and reenacting Section 1Z.2g.OgO, Flood
Hazard (-F) Overlay Zoning Districts, in its entirety; and amending the Lodi
Zoning Map to establish Flood Hazard (-F) 200 Overlay District to implement
the provisions of Senate Bill (SB) 5 and SB 1278 related to 200-year floodprotection.
While social distancing measures are imposed due to COVID-1g, Council chambers are
