RECOMIUIENDED ACTION: Adopt resolution rescinding that portion of Resolution No.2020-51
pertaining to Mobile Modular Management Corporation, and authorizing
City Manager to execute Professional Services Agreement with Mobile
Modular Management Corporation, of Livermore, for temporary office space for Lodi Electric Utility Facility
Renovation Project, for $181,422.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: On March 18,2020, Counciladopted Resolution No, 2020-51
awarding the Professional Services Agreement for temporary office
space for Lodi Electric Utility Facility Renovation Project to Mobile
Modular Management Corporation, for $1 81,422. After Council award, Mobile Modular
Management Corporation requested minor changes to some of the legal and insurance language, The
Requested revisions are acceptable to staff and are approved by the City Attorney. All other terms and
Conditions remain the same.
Staff recommends rescinding that portion of Resolution No. 2020-51 pertaining to Mobile Modular
Management Corporation and authorizing City Manager to execute Professional Services Agreement
\Mth Mobile Modular Management Corporation, of Livermore, for temporary office space for Lodi Electric
Utility Facility Renovation Project, for $181,422.
FISCAL IMPACT:This project will reduce costs associated with unplanned and emergency
maintenance and repair work for these deteriorating facilities; and ADA and
security improvements will increase safety and reduce risk of injury for
employees and the public. The addition of covered storage will extend the
life of inventory and assets and reduce the risk of damage. This project will
not affect the General Fund.
