BACKGROUND INFORMATION The Lodi Grape Station, LLC (Developer) submitted a building permit application (No. 20191177) to construct a truck warehouse on the property located at 1170 South Guild Avenue, as shown on Exhibit A. The Vaz Trucking Project included the installation of off-site and on-site public improvements which were part of, or appurtenant to, the project. The public improvements included frontage improvements on Guild Avenue and installation of an on-site public water main. The public improvements have been completed in substantial conformance with City policy and other requirements of City codes have been met. The developer has provided the required maintenance bond. Staff recommends accepting public improvements for 1170 South Guild Avenue (Vaz Trucking) Project. FISCAL IMPACT:There will be a slight increase in maintenance costs associated with the new public improvements. FUNDING AVAILABLE: Not Applicable Charles E.
