RECOMMENDED ACTION
BACKGROUND IN FORMATION:
Receive report regarding communication pertaining to city specific
attestation.
The mayors of the cities of San Joaquin County sent a joint letter to
Governor Gavin Newsom regarding modification of the County
Attestation process to allow the County Health Officer to perform the
attestation on a city-by-city basis.
The attached letter, signed by the Mayor, was sent on June 1, 2020
