A.Roll Call by City Clerk
An Informal Informational Meeting ("Shirtsleeve" Session) of the Lodi City Council was held Tuesday,
November 17, 2020, commencing at 7:02 a.m.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20, all Council Members participated
in the meeting via teleconference and the meeting was available for viewing by the public via livestream at

B-1 Receive Information on Turner Road/State Route 99 Interchange Improvement Project (PW)
Public Works Director Charles Swimley and Matt Satow from Drake Haglan and Associates, provided a
PowerPoint presentation on State Route 99 / Turner Road Improvements. Specific topics of discussion
included background information, proposed project, proposed landscaping and aesthetic elements,
alternative monument for center of roundabout; project funding, current project status, and next steps.
The City Council directed staff to move forward with the proposed alternative monument, the grape cluster,
on a pedestal engraved with "Welcome to Lodi" for the center roundabout, approximately 20 feet in height.

No action was taken by the City Council. The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 a.m.
