Notice of Public Hearing to consider introducing an ordinance to amend Title 17 -Development Code - of the Lodi Municipal Code (LMC) by repealing and reenacting the
following LMC Sections: 17.18.020, Purposes of Residential Zoning Districts; 17.20.090,
Commercial Zoning District Land Uses and Permit Requirements; 17.20.040,
Commercial District General Development Standard; and 17.22.030, Mixed Use Zoning
