BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City Council directed the City Clerk to post an expiring term on the Lodi lmprovement Committee on January 15,202Q. The Mayor reviewed the applications, conducted interviews, and recommends that the City Council concur with the appointment as detailed below. Due to recent resignations, there are vacancies on the Lodi lmprovement Committee and the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee (SPARC). There are vacancies and expiring terms on the Greater Lodi Area Youth Commission, as well as expiring terms on the Library Board of Trustees, Lodi Arts Commission, and Planning Commission, as detailed below. lt is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for the vacancy and expiring terms for a 30-day period.
