A Request for Proposal was sent to five interested parties for the Lodi Station Parking Structure Project. Krazan & Associates is the qualified firm with the lowest proposal. The proposal is worded such that the City can elect to authorize the successful proposer to perform required work on other City projects at the same rates quoted in the proposal.
