BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The City Clerk's Office received the attached letter of resignation from a member of the Lodi Senior Citizens Commission. Therefore, it is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for the following vacancy: Lodi Senior Citizens Commission Robert J. Maus Term to expire December 31, 2000 State statute requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application.
