AGENDA TITLE: Approve the Final Map for Towne Ranch, Unit No. 8, Tract No. 3037; and Direct the
City Manager and City Clerk to Execute the Improvement Agreement and Map on
Behalf of the City

RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council approve the final map for Towne Ranch, Unit No. 8,
Tract No. 3037; and direct the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the
Improvement Agreement and map on behalf of the City.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The subdivision is located east of and adjacent to the Woodbridge
Irrigation District canal, north of the Towne Ranch, Unit No. 6, and
south of the Towne Ranch, Unit No. 7, developments as shown on
Exhibit A. The subdivision contains 72 single-family residential lots
and is the final phase of the Towne Ranch development.
Towne Ranch Associates, the developer of the subdivision, has furnished the City with the improvement
plans, necessary agreements, guarantees, insurance certificates and fees for the proposed subdivision.
