SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
CARNEGIE FORUM, 305 WEST PINE STREET
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15, 2020
The Special City Council meeting of April 15, 2020, was called to order by Mayor Kuehne at 8:13 p.m.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20, all Council Members
participated in the meeting via teleconference and the meeting was available for viewing by the public
via livestream at www.facebook.com/cityoflodi; the opportunity for public comment was available
through councilcomments@lodi.gov.
Present: Council Member Chandler, Council Member Mounce, Mayor Pro Tempore Nakanishi, and
Mayor Kuehne
Absent: None
Also Present: City Manager Schwabauer, City Attorney Magdich, and Assistant City Clerk Farris
Council Member Mounce made a motion, second by Council Member Chandler, to approve the
following items hereinafter set forth, in accordance with the report and recommendation of the
City Manager.

The above motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Council Member Chandler, Council Member Mounce, Mayor Pro Tempore Nakanishi, and
Mayor Kuehne
Noes: None
Absent: None
ROLL CALL VOTE
The City Council held a ROLL CALL vote (all voiced their votes).
Set public hearing for May 6, 2020, to consider introducing an ordinance to amend Title 17 –
Development Code – of the Lodi Municipal Code, by repealing and reenacting the following Lodi
Municipal Code Sections: 17.18.020 – Purposes of Residential Zoning Districts; 17.20.030 –
Commercial Zoning District Land Uses and Permit Requirements; 17.20.040 – Commercial District
General Development Standards; and, 17.22.030 – Mixed Use Zoning Districts Land Uses and Permit
Requirements.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned
at 8:15 p.m.
