citizens, to and for the benefit of the Council. The views or beliefs expressed by the Speaker have not been previously

In accordance with Executive Order N-25-20 issued by Governor Gavin Newson on March 12, 2020:

Important Notice Regarding COVID 19
Based on guidance from the California Department of Public Health and the California Governor’s Office, in
order to minimize the spread of COVID 19 virus, please do the following:
1. You are strongly encouraged to observe the live stream of the City Council meetings at
http://lodica.granicus.com/ViewPublisher.php?view_id=2 or on Channel 26.
2. Carnegie Forum will be open to the public to observe the meeting and offer public comment; seating will be
provided in compliance with social distancing recommendations of the California Department of Public Health
Services. The public will be asked to maintain a six-foot distance between individuals.
3. If you choose not to attend the City Council meeting but wish to make a comment on a specific agenda
item, please submit your comment via email by 5:00 on the Tuesday prior to the Council meeting.
Please submit your comment to the City Clerk at cityclerk@lodi.gov. Your comment will be shared with
the City Council and placed into the record at the Council meeting.
4. If you are watching the live stream of the Council meeting and wish to make either a general public
comment or to comment on a specific agenda item as it is being heard, please submit your comment,
limited to 250 words or less, to the City Clerk at cityclerk@lodi.gov. Every effort will be made to read
your comment into the records, but some comments may not be read due to time limitations.
Comments received after an agenda item will be made part of the record if received prior to the end of
the meeting.
5. Persons wishing to address the City Council should approach the podium one person at a time. Public
Comment Forms have been removed to reduce the risk of spreading an infectious disease.
