BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Due to a recent resignation, there is one vacancy on the Lodi Senior Citizens Commission. lt is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for this vacancy for a 30-day period. Government Code Section 54970 et seg. requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application.
