RESOLUTION NO. 85-71
RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF 1985-86 LODI/SAN JOAQUIN COUNI'Y TRANSIT AGREEMENTS
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby approve renewal of the 1985-86 Lodi/San Joaquin County Transit Agreernent, a copy of which is attached hereto, identified as EKhibit
"A", and thereby made a part hereto.
BE IT FURI'HER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of I.odi does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the subject agreenent on behalf of the City.
BE IT FURl'HER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lodi does hereby ap prove renewal of the 1985-86 Dial-A-Ride Agreement, a copy of which is attached here to, identified as Exhibit "B" and thereby made a part hereof.
BE IT FURl'HER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of I.odi does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the subject agreement on behalf of the City.
