A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL ADOPTING MODIFICATION TO THE LODI/SAN JOAQUIN TRANSIT AGREEMENT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Modification to the Lodi/San Jo aquin Transit Agreement has been adopted as shown on the att achment to this Resolution. Exhibit A attached hereto and thereby made a part hereof.
