BACKGROUND INFORMATION: There are expiring terms on the following Boards and Commissions: Library Board of Trustees (two terms), Lodi Arts Commission (one term), and Planning Commission (two terms). It is recommended that the City Council direct the City Clerk to post for these expiring terms for a 30 -day period. Government Code Section 54970 et seq. requires that the City Clerk post for vacancies to allow citizens interested in serving to submit an application.
