Home My WebLink AboutResolutions - No. 92-47 RESOLUTION NO. 92-47 ====================�== A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL AWARDING THE BID FOR HALE PARK IMPROVEMENTS 208 EAST LOCUST STREET ------------=========--=--==================�========================== WHEREAS, in answer to notice duly published in accordance with law and the order of this City Council, sealed bids were received and publicly opened on March 11, 1992 at 11:00 a.m. (Exhibit A) for the contract for Ha le Park Improvements, 208 East Locust Street, described in the specifications therefor approved by the City Council on January 15, 1992; and WHEREAS, said bids have been compared, checked, and tabulated and a report thereof filed with the City Manager as follows: Bidder BRCO Constructors Gateway Landscape & Construction White Oak Landscape Scrimsher-Mineni Neth Construction Diede Constru ction Consolidated Landscape Services Location Loomis Livermore Livermore Modesto Stockton Woodbridge Livermore Base Bid plus Schedules A, B, C and E 458,000.00 489,860.00 511,450.00 516,234.50 519,874.40 523,821.80 532,890.00 WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that award of the bid for Hale Park Improvements be made to the low bidder, BRCO Constructors for the base bid plus Schedules A, B, C and E; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lodi City Council that award of contract for for Ha 1 e Park Improvements, be and the same is hereby awarded to BRCO Constructors, the low bidder, in the amount of $458,000.00 (base bid plus Schedules A, B, C and E).
