HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - July 19, 2000 E-05AGENDA TITLE: Accept Improvements Under Contract for Landscaping and Irrigation Installation at Water Well #11, 824 East Turner Road MEETING DATE: July 19, 2000 PREPARED BY: Public Works Director RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements under Landscaping and Irrigation Installation at Water Well #11, 824 East Turner Road, contract and direct the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The project was awarded to City Services, Inc. dba Azteca Landscaping of Lodi on May 17, 2000, in the amount of $39,944. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date and actual completion date was June 22, 2000.
