RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements under Landscaping and
Irrigation Installation at Water Well #11, 824 East Turner Road, contract
and direct the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion with the
County Recorder's office.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The project was awarded to City Services, Inc. dba Azteca
Landscaping of Lodi on May 17, 2000, in the amount of $39,944.
The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with
the specifications approved by the City Council.
The contract completion date and actual completion date was June 22, 2000. The final contract price was,
as bid, $39,944.
FUNDING: As determined at contract award.
