RESOLUTION NO. 2019-54
A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL ACCEPTING
THE VINE AT VINTNER'S SQUARE SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2
(TRACT NO. 3898) PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Unit No. 2 is the second phase of The Vine at Vintner's Square subdivision,
which is bounded by Lower Sacramento Road, Taylor Road, Westgate Drive, and the northerly
property line of the Vintner's Square Shopping Center; and
WHEREAS, the entire gated development (Units No. 1 and No. 2) consists of
57 single-family residential lots; and
WHEREAS, public improvements constructed in Unit No. 2 are generally located along
Taylor Road and Lower Sacramento Road and include the installation of masonry wall,
landscape, and driveway improvements; and
WHEREAS, interior subdivision improvements are privately owned and will be
maintained by a home owners' association, with the exception of public water mains; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends accepting The Vine at Vintner's Square subdivision,
Unit No. 2 (Tract No. 3898) public improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby accept
The Vine at Vintner's Square subdivision, Unit No. 2 (Tract No. 3898) public improvements.

Council of the City of Lodi in a regular meeting held April 17, 2019, by the following vote:
