BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Church Street Village, Tract No. 3988, is located at 1911 South Church Street, as shown on Exhibit A. The development consists of six single- family residential condominiums. Due to this being a residential infill project, and all public improvements have been constructed, there are no public improvements required for this project. Development Impact Fees will be collected as part of the building permit process prior to issuing a certificate of occupancy for each single-family residence, in accordance with Lodi Municipal Code 15.64.040. The condominium subdivision was annexed into the Community Facilities District No. 2007-1 (Public Services) (CFD), on August 1, 2018. FISCAL IMPACT: Not applicable. FUNDING AVAILABLE: Not applicable.
