AGENDA TITLE: Adopt Resolution Approving Final Map for Church Street Village, Tract No. 3988

RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt resolution approving final map for Church Street Village, Tract
No. 3988.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Church Street Village, Tract No. 3988, is located at 1911 South Church
Street, as shown on Exhibit A. The development consists of six single-
family residential condominiums.
Due to this being a residential infill project, and all public improvements have been constructed, there are no
public improvements required for this project. Development Impact Fees will be collected as part of the
building permit process prior to issuing a certificate of occupancy for each single-family residence, in
accordance with Lodi Municipal Code 15.64.040. The condominium subdivision was annexed into the
Community Facilities District No. 2007-1 (Public Services) (CFD), on August 1, 2018.
FISCAL IMPACT: Not applicable.
FUNDING AVAILABLE: Not applicable.

A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING FINAL MAP FOR
CHURCH STREET VILLAGE, TRACT NO. 3988
WHEREAS, Church Street Village, Tract No. 3988, is located at
1911 South Church Street; and
WHEREAS, the development consists of six single-family residential
condominiums; and
WHEREAS, due to this being a residential infill project where all public
improvements have been constructed, there are no public improvements required for
this project; and
WHEREAS, Development Impact Fees will be collected as part of the building
permit process prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for each single-family
residence, in accordance with Lodi Municipal Code Section 15.64.040; and
WHEREAS, the condominium subdivision was annexed into the Community

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby
