A RESOLUTION OF THE LODI CITY COUNCIL
ORDERING THE CALIFORNIA WASTE REORGANIZATION (LAFC 9-95)
WITHOUT NOTICE AND HEARING, INCLUDING ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF LODI, AND DETACHMENTS FROM THE MOKELUMNE FIRE
DISTRICT AND THE SJC RESOURCE CONSERVATION DISTRICT
IN THE MATTER OF THE CALIFORNIA WASTE
REORGANIZATION (LAFC 5-95) INCLUDING
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF LODI, AND
DETACHMENT FROM THE MOKELUMNE FIRE
DISTRICT AND THE SJC RESOURCE CONSERVATION
DISTRICT
RESOLUTION MAKING
DETERMINATIONS AND
ORDERING REORGANIZATION
WITHOUT NOTICE AND
HEARING
Section 1. RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LODI that it determines:
Section 2
a) Preliminary proceedings for the annexation of certain described territory to the
City of Lodi and detachment from the Mokelumne Fire District and the SJC Resource
Conservation District were initiated by the filing of the City of Lodi's Resolution No.95-37
with the Local Agency Formation Commission in the County of San Joaquin, proposing
annexation of approximately 10 acres of property located at the easterly terminus of Turner
Road, 650 feet east of Cluff Avenue (APN 049-080-73), pursuant to the requirements of
the Local Government Reorganization Act.
b) Thereafter, appropriate proceedings were conducted by said Local Agency
Formation Commission, and said Commission on June 16, 1995 adopted Resolution No.
931 approving the proposed annexation, subject to the terms and conditions set forth within
the subject resolution.
c) Resolution No. 931 of the Local Agency Formation Commission approving the
proposed annexation also authorized the City of Lodi to complete proceedings for
uninhabited reorganization without notice and hearing as the designated conducting agency
in accordance with Section 57002(c) of the Government Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, BY THE LODI CITY COUNCIL:
a) That the proposal for annexation is ORDERED in accordance with Section
57002(c) of the Government Code of the State of California, to wit:
1. California Waste (contiguous) annexation to the City of Lodi.
2. Detachment of California Waste Reorganization from the Mokelumne Fire District
and the SJC Resource Conservation District.
3, A description of said territory is attached hereto (Exhibit A) and made a part
hereof, as though set out in full.
Section 3. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the affected territory shall remain within the
countywide boundary of County Service 53, Household Hazardous Waste Management.

Lodi in a regular meeting held July 19, 1995, by the following vote:

DESCRIPTION OF
PROPOSED
CALIFORNIA WASTE ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF LODI
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
June 6, 1995
A portion of Section 6, Township 3 North, Rance 7 East and a
portion of Section 31, Township 4 North, Range 7 East, Mount
Diablo Base and Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 14 of EDDLEMAN
TRACT (filed in Book of Official Maps and Plats, Volume 1,
page 26, San Joaquin County Records) said corner being on the
Lodi City Limit line. bearing South 88°49'15" East, 670.25 feet
and South 0°01' East, 519.33 feet from the intersection of the
centerline of Cluff Avenue with the centerline of Turner Road;
thence North 0°01' West along the west line of said Lot 14 and
along the west line of Lot 16 of said EDDLEMAN TRACT, being along
said City Limit line, 394.00 feet to the southwest corner of the
13.11 acre parcel shown on Record of Survey filed in Book 22 of
Surveys at page 111, San Joaquin County Records; thence along the
westerly line of said 13.11 acre parcel and said City Limit line
the following three (3) courses: (1) continue North 0°01' West,
731.00 feet, (2) North 47°49' East, 282.2 feet and (3) North
0°01' West, 20.65 feet to the northwest corner of said 13.11 acre
parcel; thence leaving said City Limit line, South 88°47' East,
along the north line of said 13.11 acre parcel, 134.43 feet;
thence South 0°01' East, 1339.60 feet to the south line of said
Lot 14; thence North 88°47' West along said south line, 343.49
feet to the point of beginning.
