BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The attached list sets forth the service of City Council Members on various County and regional boards, committees and commissions. The list is confirmed annually after the reorganization of the City Council for accuracy. The changes this year are summarized below: • Update to the names in which the position was appointed to reflect the Council reorganization and changes in staffing; • Addition of the position of Engineering and Operations Manager as a second Alternate to the Transmission Agency of Northern California; and • Addition of the San Joaquin County Mayors/City Managers group and appointment of the positions of Mayor and City Manager as Delegates and Mayor Pro Tempore as Alternate.
