Success Story
tst A subject, I will call John Doe, has been
homeless for several years. He is a habitual
heroin and methamphetamine user. On
08/15/17 he was placed in a substance abuse
program in Monterey County by Officer Holz.
This program was recommended by a Lodi
Homeless Committee member and is a 1 year
minimum program. At this time, he is still
doing well in the program.
