On behalf of the Lodi City Council, thank you for agreeing to help with our agenda
posting. To better explain the situation, our Mayor is attending a conference and will be
staying with you on May 3, 2017, the night of our City Council Meeting. He will be
participating in the meeting via conference call. The law requires us to post our agenda
at the call location at least 72 hours before the meeting and leave it up until after the
meeting has ended.
Here is what to do:
1. This fax includes a copy of our agenda as well as a "Declaration of Posting"
document.
2. When you receive it, we ask that you hang the agenda in a location where it will
be freely accessible 24 hours a day until midnight on May 3, 2017.
3. Once you have posted the agenda, please sign the "Declaration of Posting"
stating that you posted it and when. Then scan and e-mail it to us at
iferraiolo[r iodi.gov. (We can accept it by fax if you prefer at 209-333-6807.) This
document will serve as our proof of posting in the event it is requested.
You may take down and discard the agenda after midnight on May 3.

Pursuant to Section 54954.2(a) of the Government Code of the State of California, this agenda was posted at least
