BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Public Works Fleet Services Division oversees the removal of vehicles and equipment from the City's fleet, provides quarterly reporting of surplus vehicles/equipment sales to City Council, and coordinates the disposal process once the City Manager and Deputy City Manager authorize the dispositions. During the last calendar quarter of 2015, and the first quarter of 2016, the City sold the following surplus vehicles/equipment through First Capitol Auctions, Inc., of Vallejo.
