HomeMy WebLinkAboutAgenda Report - November 3, 1999 E-08O CITY OFLain COUNCIL• • 4�%FOR AGENDA TITLE: Accept Improvements Under Contract for Lodi Lake Park Storage Building, 1101 West Turner Road MEETING DATE: November 3, 1999 PREPARED BY: Public Works Director RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council accept the improvements under the "Lodi Lake Park Storage Building, 1101 West Turner Road" contract and direct the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder's office. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The project was awarded to GTS Construction, of Galt, on April 21, 1999, in the amount of $55,376. The contract has been completed in substantial conformance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council. The contract completion date was August 23, 1999, and the actual completion date was August 6, 1999. This project was a lump sum bid price and no contract change orders were issued.
