BACKGROUND INFORMATION The subdivision is located at 2126, 2128 and 2130 Tienda Drive as shown on Exhibit A. The development consists of eight medium - density, single-family residential lots. The Developer, Brittany, LLC, has furnished the City with all necessary agreements and fees for the proposed subdivision. FISCAL IMPACT: Not applicable. FUNDING AVAILABLE: Not applicable. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lodi City Council does hereby approve the final map for Sunwest Cottages, Tract No. 3858.
