BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The following actions were taken at the last regular Planning
Commission meeting of November 22,1999:
a. Denied the request of a Variance in order to encroach within the required ten -foot sideyard setback adjacent
to Woodhaven Lane for property located at 1037 Woodhaven Lane (Wine & Roses Country Inn).
b. Approved the request of Matt McCarty & Gary Buzunis for a Parcel Map to merge two parcels and then
further subdivide the new parcel into four additional parcels, including three condominium lots and a
common area, at 123 & 145 Commerce Street.
C. Approved the request of Matt McCarty & Gary Buzunis for a Parcel Map to merge two parcels and then
further subdivide the new parcel into four additional parcels, including three condominium lots and a
common area, at 190 & 204 Commerce Street.
d. Approved the request of Matt McCarty & Gary Buzunis for a Parcel Map to redistribute approximately half
of the area of 251 N. Guild to 191 N. Guild and then further subdivide 191 N. Guild into four additional
parcels, including three condominium lots and a common area.
e. Approved the request of Central Storage Inc., for a Use Permit to allow a manager's residence in
conjunction with a proposed mini -storage facility, located at 687 East Lockeford Street.
f. Approved the request of Lodi Community Church for a Use Permit to convert an existing single family
residence located at 820 North California Street into a social/meeting hall.
