On behalf of the Lodi City Council, thank you for agreeing to help with our agenda posting.
To better explain the situation, one of our Council Members is attending a conference and will be
staying with you on October 1, 2014, the night of our City Council Meeting. He will be participating
in the meeting via conference call. ln the event this happens, law requires us to post our agenda at
the call location at least 72 hours before the meeting and leave it up until after the meeting has
ended.
Here is what to do:
1) This fax includes a copy of our agenda as well as a "Declaration of Posting" document.
2) When you get it, we ask that you hang the agenda in a location where it will be freely
accessible 24 hours a day until midnight on October 2.
3) Once you have posted it, please sign the "Declaration of Posting" stating that you
posted it and when. Then scan and email it to us at estoddard@lodi.gov. (We can
accept it by fax if you prefer 209-333-6807). This document will serve as our proof of
posting in the event proof is requested.
You may take down and throw away the agenda after midnight on October 2.

and marked as Exhibit A) was posted in the lobby of Courtyard & TownePlace
Suites Marriot,2200 Bass Pro Drive, Grapevine, Texas.
