No action required. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The following actions were taken at the last regular Planning Commission meeting of September 22, 1999: a. Approved the request of FCF Development Associates for approval of a Tentative Subdivision Map for Sunwest 14, Unit No. 2, which consists of 28 single-family residential lots at 2147 W. Kettleman Lane. b. Approved the request of Safeway, Inc. for approval of a Use Permit to allow a new Type #21 off -sale general liquor license in conjunction with the new Safeway supermarket to be located at 2449 West Kettleman Lane. C. Approved the request of Oliver Tecklenburg and William T. Beckman for: I ) Certification of the filing of a Negative Declaration (ND -99-04) by the Community Development Director as adequate documentation; and 2) Recommend to the City Council a Prezoning from AU -20, Agriculture Urban Reserve to U -H, Unclassified Holding District, f or the properties located at 5215 and 5333 East Kettleman Lane. d. Approved the request of the Episcopal Church of St. John the Baptist for: I) Certification of the filing of a Negative Declaration (ND -99-03) by the Community Development Director as adequate documentation; and 2) Recommend to the City Council a General Plan Amendment to change from PR, Planned Residential to LDR, Low Density Residential; and 3) Recommend to the City Council a Prezoning from AU -20, Agriculture Urban Reserve to PD, Planned Development No. 34, for the property located at 15567 Lower Sacramento Road, APN 027- 050-05.
