RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIUE TO PAVE LEE AVENUE. •
CLA?. & HENERY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY having filed with this
Board, a petition asking for an extension or time in which to Com- _
plete their contract, dated May 23rd, 1919, to pave Lee Avenue, and
said petition oomong on to be heard and good cause appearing there-
for, it is hereby ordered that said CLARE HENERY CONSTRUCTION COU-
RANY be, and it is hereby, granted an extension of sixty (60) days
in which to complete said contract.
