Pursuant to adjournment taken from tie regular meeting of
Decer'ber 13, the Board of Trustees of the 1,ity of Lodi Met at 9:00
P L', on the date above ,rrritten; all members answering present to
roll -call.
the purpose of the meetinS beinE the further consideration
of bids received and opened on December 18,1922, Trustee Hickok
moved the adoption of Resolution of Award 362-A, awarding the con-
tract to furnish the Oity with 1000 feet of 2-2 inch fire -hose to
the American Rubber :ianufacturing Co. on their "Cracker -jack" hose
at :11.00 per foot.
The said Resolution of �vrard No. 362-.i was then passed and
adopted by the following vote:
:IE3: Hickok, Spooner, Hale, 'Wether, Shattuck.
NOES: None ABSENT: None.
In the matter of the purchase of a truck for the electrical
department, Trustee :Mettler :coved rhe passage of Resolution of
ward 1+o. 352-8 awarding, the contract io supply this truck to the
:rieger "otor Company, and the same was passed by the follo-ina vote:

No farther business appearing, the Board adjourned to 8:00
