This being the date set in Resolution of intention No.67
for the reception of protests against the work ordered therein
and it appearing that notice by publication and posting had been
duly given; the Clerk reported no protests filed and the Board
proceeded to order the work done by the passage of Resolution
Orderirg the',Vork, Central Avenue, Garfield Street and Harold
Street, Ko. 437 by the fo-.1o4Ering vote:

In he matter of a coupon lost in the mails as presented
to -".-.he Board in a letter from the City Treasurer: On motion of
Trustee F " ler, seconded by Trustee Hickek, the bond of

approved and the Treasurer directed to pay Clark and I'lenery
Construction Company, tine owners, the amount thereof $5.25,azid

On motion of Trustee Spooner, seconded by Trustee Hickok,

in recently annexed territory, and to state to the Company that,
if this offer was not accepted, City could start construction
of
parallel lines after January lst.,1924.
