In the matter of the Improvement o1l:--in Street under Res-
olution of Intention No.31; it &�pcaring that the notice of the
filing of the list of un -:,aid assessi-,ents had been duly filed, the
same -posted and published and certain assessments paid thereafter,
the Board proceeded to find that the amount of the unpaia assess-
-ents was „5,669.43 by the passage of Resolution 1,,o. 202, ::,,Ore
rarticularly set forth therein, by the following vote:
AYES: Crose, Hickok-, Hale, Lontgomery.

provided -or the issuance of improvement bonds to represent the
amount of the unioaid assessments in the 1,ain Street District by
the passage of Resolution Do. 203, now on file with the City Clerk.,

A petition purporting to be signed by more than 50,E of the
property erasers fronting on Hilborn Street ti -,,as presented and ref-
erred to the Clerk for report on frontage represented.
The Clerk c:as instructed to rre-oare a resolution and pre-
sent the same at the next meeting, changing the name of Grand
Avenue to Central Avenue.
.:mthly reports from the .arshal, lire Chief and Plumbing
inspector were r:,ad and c.-d;red filed.

Ii.E.Ralls filed an application for the position of driver
on the ner; fire truck.
The proprietor of the "Good3fe__"_-o-xs Grill" protested. against
!,a-nch -.*!&E_7cns on the streets and the . matter was taken under advise-
ment until the next regular meeting.
Ten bu-J'-ding permits were g: -anted for buildings at an est-
imated cost of k16,660.00.
Claims to the amount of y13,856.67 haring been passed by
a -a.lority of the auditing co.,_,,mittee, were allowed on motion of
Trustee halo.
