Resolution No. 357, an order providing for issuance of im- provement bonds to be secured by tae unpaid assessments on Cordier ^ Street, was introduced and passed by the following vote: AYES: Hale, Hickok, Mettler, Spooner, Shattuck. # LACES: Zone Ai.BE&ENT: None Resolution Pio. 358 authorizing the President of the Board to apply for permission from the State Board of Health to discharge the effluent from the contemplated ser:age disposal plant into the Stockton and Mokelumne Canal Company's canal, vias passed by the followi.*:g vote: AYES: Spooner, Hickok, Hale,Yettler, Shattuck. NCES: None -LBa NT: done Eight (8) building permits totaling x11,275.00 vaere granted. On motion of Trustee Spooner, seconded by Trustee Hickok, bills anounting to X15,922.88 were allowed and ordered paid. On motion of Trustee Hickok,seconded by Trustee L:ettler, the Clerk was directed to advertise for a 3/4 to 1 ton truck for the electrical department.
