of Lodi was called to order by President J. -W. Shattuck at 8

The minutes of the adjourned meeting of Al"'ovember 26th
oere read and approved without correction.
1'rs F.G.Cary protested verbally against the removal of
the tri -ole arms from electroliers in the business section and
the substitution of single units. Property ova;ers having had
ample time for protest and no other protests having been filed;

Yrs Cary was informed that 'he work would proceed-

matter of the rouGh condition_ of Central Avenue in the neigh-
bOrhcod of Vine Street: they were assured that this street
would be -out in as good condition as practicable after comp-
letion of installing storm drains.
